Eligibility fundamentals

  • Coverage is offered to members of endorsing labor unions and emergency responder associations.
  • Pre-65 retirees of endorsing organizations may access BTLMT pre-Medicare health plan coverage.
  • Active duty personnel gain access through their local union or association leadership endorsing BTLMT.
  • The trust does not offer coverage outside the emergency responder community.
