Employer Obligations
- Remit contributions by the due date with the monthly remittance report
- Report eligibility changes — new hires, terminations, and retirements — by the stated deadline
- Permit payroll audits as provided in the Trust Agreement
What Leadership Can Expect
- Plan documents, SBCs, and contribution rates provided in writing before any agreement is signed
- Joint management and labor board to share in the success of all plan participants
- Service provider compensation disclosed to Trustees and reported on Form 5500 Schedule C
